Our Story

Born March 29, 1995 in Scarborough, On. Taylor Avann began riding at the very young age of two. Taylor's mother, Lisa, was the one who sat Taylor on her pony for the very first time. The horses quickly became Taylor's obsession as a young child and continued throughout her teenage years and adulthood. Since Lisa got things started for Taylor, she has gone through multiple discipline's learning from some of the best in the Hunter, Jumper and Equitation fields.

From an early age Taylor has had a strong work ethic and dedication to the horses. Our main focus aside from our competition horses is to bring young horses and ponies along to provide clients with promising prospects along with experienced horses that can help guide less experienced riders through the start of their careers. Taylor founded Avantaventure in 2013 and has been building up her facility and equine partners ever since. We are excited for the future of Avantaventure with our growing clientele and partnerships within North America and Europe.
